How long is my website hosted?
Wondering how long your wedding website will stay online? Your hosting is included with your plan, and your site stays live for the full duration.
Short answer: Basic includes 6 months of hosting. Standard includes 12 months, and Pro includes 24 months. If you'd like to keep your site live longer, we offer additional hosting from $5 per month when paid yearly.
Hosting by plan
Every WedSites plan includes hosting so there's no need to pay for separate web hosting. Here's what each plan includes:
Basic ($39). 6 months of hosting from the date you create your site.
Standard. 12 months of hosting from the date of purchase.
Pro. 24 months of hosting from the date of purchase.
Your site stays online and accessible to your guests for the entire hosting period. There's nothing extra to set up or pay for.
What happens when hosting ends?
When your hosting period is up, your site will go offline and your account will be marked for deletion. Accounts marked for deletion are permanently removed from our servers within 12 months. You can extend your hosting at any time before deletion to bring your site back online.
Extended hosting
If you'd like to keep your wedding website live beyond your plan's included hosting period, we offer additional hosting from $5 per month when paid yearly. You can extend for up to 10 years at a time by adjusting the quantity at checkout. Whether you want to preserve your site for a few extra months or keep it online as a lasting memory, you'll have that option.
