How do I collect meal choices?
Ask guests to select their meal preference (chicken, beef, vegetarian, etc.) when they RSVP.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Add a meal choice question to your RSVP form, and guests will select their preference when responding.
Adding a meal choice question
Go to RSVP in your dashboard
Click Questions or Form settings
Click Add question
Select a multiple choice type
Enter your meal options (Chicken, Beef, Fish, Vegetarian, etc.)
Set the question to show for each guest (not just per household)
Click Save

Consider including:
- Your menu options (from your caterer)
- A vegetarian/vegan option
- A children's meal option
- Space for dietary restrictions or allergies
Collecting for each guest
Make sure the question is set to ask each individual guest, not just once per household. This ensures you get meal choices for everyone.
Viewing meal selections
After guests RSVP:
1. Go to RSVP > Responses
2. View individual responses with meal choices
3. Export to get a full list for your caterer

Coordinate with your caterer on option names
Don't add meal questions until your menu is finalized
Include a note about allergies or special requests
You can edit meal choices if a guest changes their mind
