Deleting an event
Learn how to permanently remove an event and understand what happens to guest attendance records and associated RSVP questions when an event is deleted (Standard or Pro plan).
If you no longer need an event (maybe plans changed or you consolidated events), you can remove it.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
How to delete an event
Go to RSVP > Events
Click on the event you want to remove
Click Delete event
Confirm when prompted
What happens when you delete
The event is permanently removed
All guest attendance records for that event are deleted
The event no longer appears in the RSVP form
Any RSVP questions linked to this specific event lose that association
Tips
Think before deleting. If guests have already RSVPed to this event, their responses will be lost. Consider just renaming or updating the event instead.
Check linked questions. If you have RSVP questions tied to this event, they'll still exist but won't be linked to any event anymore.
