How do I add custom questions to my RSVP?
Collect additional information from guests by adding custom questions to your RSVP form.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Go to RSVP > Questions and click "Add question" to create custom questions guests will answer when they respond.
Adding a custom question
Go to RSVP > Questions
Click Add question
Choose the question type (text, multiple choice, etc.)
Enter your question text
Configure whether it applies to each guest or per household
Click Save
Question types
Short text: One-line answer for brief responses
Long text: Paragraph for detailed answers
Multiple choice: Select one or more options from a list
Yes/No: Simple two-option response
Date selector: Pick from a calendar
Dropdown: Select one option from a dropdown menu

What song would get you on the dance floor?
Do you need hotel shuttle transportation?
Will you attend the after-party?
What is your meal preference?
Any dietary restrictions or allergies?
How do you know the couple?
Per guest vs per household
Per guest: Asked for each individual (use for meals, dietary needs)
Per household: Asked once per household (use for transportation, general questions)

Keep questions relevant and necessary
Too many questions may discourage completion
Test your RSVP form before sending invitations
You can add or remove questions later
Required questions must be answered to submit
