How do I view RSVP responses?
See who's attending, who declined, and all the details guests submitted with their RSVP.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Go to RSVP > Responses to view all submissions, or filter your guest list by RSVP status.
Viewing all responses
Go to RSVP > Responses
See a list of all submitted RSVPs
Click on any response to see full details
What you can see
For each response:
- Guest names
- Attending or not attending
- Event selections (if multiple events)
- Meal choices
- Question responses
- Timestamp of when they responded
Filtering responses
Filter to see specific groups:
- All responses
- Attending only
- Not attending only
- By specific event
Viewing by event
If you have multiple events:
1. Go to RSVP > Events
2. Click on an event
3. See attendance for just that event
Exporting responses
Go to RSVP > Responses
Click Download to export a CSV file

Look for incomplete RSVPs (attended but missing info)
