How do I send RSVP reminders?
Send reminder emails to guests who haven't responded to encourage them to RSVP.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Use the RSVP reminder feature to email guests who haven't responded, either automatically or manually.
Enabling reminder emails
Go to RSVP > Form
Click Edit emails
Find Send reminder emails
Toggle it on
Choose who to send reminders to (all unconfirmed guests, A-list only, or B-list only)
Click Save changes
Reminders are sent automatically to guests who haven't responded by your RSVP deadline.
Who receives reminders
Reminders typically go to:
- Guests who haven't responded at all
- Not guests who've already RSVPed (yes or no)
- Only guests with email addresses
Customizing reminder emails
You can personalize:
- Subject line
- Email message
- Tone (friendly, urgent)
- Include your RSVP deadline
Tips
Send the first reminder 2-3 weeks before your deadline
