Send reminder emails to guests who haven't responded to encourage them to RSVP.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

Short answer: Use the RSVP reminder feature to email guests who haven't responded, either automatically or manually.

Choose who to send reminders to (all unconfirmed guests, A-list only, or B-list only)

1. Go to RSVP &gt; Form
2. Click Edit emails
3. Find Send reminder emails
4. Toggle it on
5. Choose who to send reminders to (all unconfirmed guests, A-list only, or B-list only)
6. Click Save changes

Reminders are sent automatically to guests who haven't responded by your RSVP deadline.

Reminders typically go to: - Guests who haven't responded at all - Not guests who've already RSVPed (yes or no) - Only guests with email addresses

You can personalize: - Subject line - Email message - Tone (friendly, urgent) - Include your RSVP deadline

Send the first reminder 2-3 weeks before your deadline

Follow up personally with close family who don't respond
