What happens when a guest can't find their name?

Name spelling or format
Listed as "William" but searching "Bill"

Maiden name vs married name

They're under a household name, not individual
Searching for their name but need to search household name

Check your guest list - Search for variations of their name
Verify they're added - Add them if they're missing
