Ecards are always current
Remember that when guests click the link in their email, they see the current version of your invitation. If you make changes after sending, all guests will see the updated version, not the version from when you sent the email.
This is helpful if you need to fix a typo or update venue details, but be mindful that any changes will be visible to everyone who views the ecard.
Tips
Send a test email first. Before sending to guests, send a test to yourself to see the complete experience.
Check on mobile. Many guests will view your invitation on their phone.
Proofread everything. While you can fix mistakes later (since ecards are always current), it's best to catch them before sending. Names, dates, times, venue, address. Check it all twice.
Take screenshots at full size. For better quality, view at 100% zoom before capturing.
Preview after any changes. If you edit your invitation after sending emails, preview it again to confirm everything looks right.
