Removing user
Learn how to remove users from your wedding account when they no longer need access.
If someone no longer needs access to your wedding account, you can remove them.
How to remove
Go to Settings in your main navigation
Find the Users section
Click on the user
Click to remove them
Confirm when prompted
The user immediately loses access to your wedding account.
Things to know
Removing a user doesn't delete any content they created
Tasks assigned to them will still show their name but they won't have access
The account owner can't be removed, but ownership can be transferred to another user
Tips
Remove after the wedding. Once the wedding is over, consider removing extra users to keep your account secure.
Transferring ownership
If you need to transfer account ownership to someone else, you can do this from Settings > Users. Find the user and select the option to transfer ownership.
