How do I reset my password?
Reset your password if you've forgotten it or want to change it for security.
Short answer: Click "Forgot password" on the login page, or change your password in Settings > Account.
If you forgot your password
Go to the login page
Click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address
Check your email for the reset link
Click the link and create a new password
Log in with your new password
Changing your password when logged in
Go to Settings > Users, click your name, then click Change password to expand the password fields.
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Confirm the new password
Save changes
Creating a strong password
Good passwords:
- At least 8 characters
- Mix of letters, numbers, symbols
- Not easily guessable
- Different from other passwords you use
If you're not receiving the reset email
Check your spam/junk folder
Make sure you're using the right email
Wait a few minutes and try again
Try a different browser
Contact support if problems persist

Don't share your password
Change it if you think it's compromised
Make sure to remember or save your new password
Log out of shared devices after changing
