Assign a vendor to each activity if needed

2. Add activities for each part of your day
3. Set a start time for each activity
4. Add notes and details for each activity
5. Assign a vendor to each activity if needed

Activities: Create entries for each part of your day

Multiple timelines: Plan separate timelines for different events (rehearsal dinner, ceremony day, etc.)

Vendor columns: Group activities by vendor to see who's responsible for what

Detailed notes: Add specific instructions or reminders to each activity

Chronological view: Your day laid out in order from start to finish

CSV export: Download your timeline for printing or sharing with vendors
