Plan requirement: Any paid plan

How to upload a font

  1. Go to Website > Builder

  2. Click the settings icon to open Site settings

  3. Click the Fonts tab

  4. Scroll to the Custom fonts section at the bottom

  5. Click Choose font file and select your font

  6. A preview appears instantly

  7. Click Save changes to upload

Your font is now available in every font dropdown across the site, marked with an asterisk (*) to distinguish it from the built-in library.

Supported formats

  • WOFF2 — recommended; smallest file size and fastest load time for guests

  • WOFF

  • TTF

  • OTF

Maximum file size: 5 MB per font.

Limits

You can upload up to 10 custom fonts per account. The current count is shown next to the Custom fonts heading.

Where custom fonts appear

Once uploaded, your fonts are available everywhere a font can be selected:

  • Website: All seven text types in Site settings > Fonts tab (body, names, ampersand, date, headings, titles, labels)

  • Save the date ecards: Font settings in the ecard design

  • Invitation ecards: Font settings in the ecard design

Deleting a custom font

  1. Go to Website > Builder > Site settings > Fonts tab

  2. Find the font under Custom fonts

  3. Click Delete next to the font name

  4. Click Save changes

Any text settings that were using the deleted font will automatically revert to System Default.

Tips

  • Match your stationery. Upload the same font from your printed invitations or wedding branding for a cohesive look across print and digital.

  • Use WOFF2 when possible. It loads fastest and gives your guests the best experience.

  • Test readability. Decorative or script fonts work well for names and headings but can be harder to read as body text. Preview on mobile too.

  • Check your license. Make sure you have the right to use the font on a website before uploading. Most commercial fonts require a web license.
