To add a new item to your wedding budget, you can click the "Add item" button from the top right corner or click on the "Add item" link within a given category of your wedding budget. 

By adding a new item to your budget manager, you may put yourself over the original budget so you will need to do a bit of adjusting and allocate funds to the categories of highest priority.
