If you want to export your wedding day run sheet as a spreadsheet file, you can click the "Export" button. 

To highlight any items on your timeline, you can enable the digital highlighter by clicking the "Highlight" link. 

If you've finalised your timeline and are ready to print it out to pass on to your coordinator, click on the "Print" button to get a printer-friendly version.
