Translating your ecards

  1. Make sure you’ve selected the correct language version using the language dropdown.

  2. Click the Translations button.

  3. Translate each string into your desired language.

⚠️ Note: If you don’t see the language dropdown, it means you haven’t added another language yet. To add one, follow the instructions in How to add another language.

From there, you can start translating each of the strings into another language:

Making sure guests see the right ecard

  • Assign a Preferred Language to each guest on your list.

  • Guests will automatically see the ecard (as well as the website and RSVP form) in their preferred language.

💡 Pro tip: Test this by opening your site in an incognito browser so it doesn’t recognize you as the Admin.

Uploading your own custom ecard

If you’ve designed a custom ecard for another language:

  1. Select the language from the dropdown.

  2. Click Translations.

  3. Click Upload custom stationery image to replace the existing ecard.

  4. Don’t forget to Save changes when you’re done!
