Multiple plus-ones per guest
April 2026
Let a single guest bring more than one extra person — handy for guests travelling with their partner and a child, or a solo guest joining a couple of friends.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
What's new
A guest used to be limited to a single plus-one. Now you can grant any guest more than one and set the exact number per person. When they RSVP, they'll see a named field for each plus-one you've allotted, and any unused spots stay available so they can add more people later.
How it works
Go to Guests in your main navigation
Click the guest you want to give plus-ones to
Check Add a +1 to enable plus-ones for them
Use the − and + buttons next to the checkbox to set how many they're allowed
Click Save guest
The number sits inside the Add a +1 label so you can see what you've allotted at a glance. Decrementing back to zero unchecks the toggle and removes the plus-one allowance entirely.
What guests see when they RSVP
When the guest opens their RSVP, they'll see one named field per plus-one. They can fill in as many or as few as they like — there's no obligation to name everyone right away. If they only fill in some, the leftover spots stay open and they can come back later to add the rest by editing their RSVP.
Where the count shows up
Guest edit form — the number appears inside the Add a +1 toggle, so you always see what they've been allotted
Guest list — guests with more than one plus-one display a +1 badge with the count next to their name (turn on the +1 column in Guest settings to see it)
Headcount stats — plus-ones are included in your total guest count, so your numbers stay accurate
Tips
Be intentional with bigger allotments. Plus-ones add up fast. If your venue has limited capacity, stay conservative.
Great for families travelling together. Useful when a single guest is bringing a partner and one or two children.
You can adjust any time. Use the − and + buttons to raise or lower the count before the RSVP deadline.
