The guest list manager is used to keep track of all of the guest’s information in one place. This includes everything from their contact details, dietary requirements, RSVP statuses and responses, Stationery items that have been sent out.
To get started with the guest list manager, your clients can either import their guest list by using the sample .csv file located the "import" page.
Or they can send out a link to the guest detail collection form which will automatically add guests to the guest list manager once they’ve submitted the form online.
As RSVPs start rolling in, you can quickly tab over to see which guests they’re still waiting to hear back from.
The Households feature is used to group together families, couples, and singles with +1s so that they can RSVP together at the same time.
If your clients are sending out physical invitations or hiring a calligrapher to address the envelopes, a handy tip here is to print out the household information so you can clearly see the names of the people and their addresses.
The Groups feature is used to keep family and social groups together. You can color coded each of the different groups, which really comes in handy when you or the client starts to work on their seating chart.
