The Stationery section of the dashboard will give your clients access to their very own digital Save the Date and Invitation ecards that they can send directly through the platform.

The design will automatically match the template that was chosen for the wedding website, but if the client is working with a stationer or has designed their own save the date or invitation card, you also have the option to upload your own custom stationery to replace the existing card you see here.

Your clients also have the option to send out plain text emails and these other pre-formatted emails with a call to action button asking them to send you their details, RSVP online, or visit their wedding website.

So for example, if we click on the visit wedding website option, you’ll be taken to this screen where you can further customize the message that will go out, upload an image to go along with the email if they’d like, and format the message.

To save a lot of time, you’ll want to compose one email to send to multiple guests while addressing them by their first name or maybe their household name which you can find by clicking on the “Insert” drop down menu.

Including a call to action, will display a button within the email which will take them to the wedding website or any of these other links.

Next you can select the guests you want to send this message to and continue to preview the email before clicking on the “Send now” button!
