Removing guests from group
Learn how to unassign guests from their group or move them to a different group using the guest form or bulk editing tools.
Need to unassign a guest from their group? You can remove them without deleting the guest or the group.
How to remove a guest from a group
Go to Guests in your main navigation
Click on the guest
In the Details tab, change the Group dropdown to No group
Click Save guest
The guest is now ungrouped and will show up under the None section in the groups list.
Removing multiple guests
Go to Guests
Select the guests you want to ungroup
Click Edit guests
Set the group to none
Save
Moving to a different group
If you want to move a guest to a different group rather than removing them entirely, just select the new group from the dropdown instead of choosing "No group."
Tips
Moving is easier than removing and re-adding. If a guest needs to change groups, just pick the new group directly.
