Viewing group members
Learn how to view all members of a group with statistics like total guests, invitations sent, confirmations received, and A-list/B-list breakdowns.
Want to see who's in a specific group? You can view all group members from the groups page.
How to view group members
Go to Guests > Groups
Click on the group name
The sidebar shows Guests in this group with a list of all members
Group statistics
The groups list shows key stats for each group in the table columns:
Guests - Total number of guests in the group
Invited - How many have been invited
Confirmed - How many have confirmed attendance
List - Shows badges for A-list and/or B-list guests in the group
These numbers help you see at a glance how each group is responding.
Filtering guests by group
You can also see group members from the guest list:
Go to Guests
Click Filter guests
Under Group, select the group you want
Click Apply filters
This shows you the full guest detail view for just that group's members.
Tips
Use the group view for a quick overview. The sidebar gives you a fast look at who's in each group.
Use the guest filter for detailed work. If you need to see full guest details, email addresses, or RSVP status for a group, filter from the guest list instead.
Compare groups. The stats in the groups list let you compare response rates across different social circles.
