How do I schedule an email for later?
WedSites does not currently support scheduling emails to send at a future date and time.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Scheduling is not available. When your email is ready, click Send now to deliver it immediately.
How sending works
WedSites sends emails immediately when you click Send now. There is no option to queue an email for a future date or time.
Go to Sending > Compose
Create your email content
Select your recipients
Click Send now
Your email will be delivered right away.
Planning ahead without scheduling
Since scheduling is not built in, here are some ways to stay organized:
Prepare drafts early. Write and save your email ahead of time so it is ready to go when the moment comes.
Set a personal reminder. Use your phone or calendar to remind yourself when you want to send.
Send a test first. Before sending to all your guests, send a test email to yourself to review how it looks.
Pick a good time. Morning (8-10 AM) or early evening (6-8 PM) tends to get better engagement than late night or early morning.
