How do I send to guests who haven't RSVPed?
Target reminder emails to only the guests who still need to respond.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Filter recipients by RSVP status "Unconfirmed" when sending.
Sending to non-responders
Go to Sending > Compose
Create your reminder message
In recipient selection, filter by RSVP status
Select Unconfirmed (guests who were invited but haven't RSVPed)
Review the list of recipients
Send
When to send reminders
Suggested timing:
- 2-3 weeks before deadline: Friendly first reminder
- 1 week before: More urgent reminder
- Few days before/after deadline: Final push
Writing effective reminders
Good reminder content:
- Friendly, not demanding tone
- Mention the RSVP deadline
- Include a direct link to RSVP
- Make it easy to respond
- Thank guests who've already responded (don't include them)
Example message
"Hi! Just a friendly reminder that we'd love to hear from you. Please RSVP by [date] so we can finalize our plans. Click here to respond: [link]. We can't wait to celebrate with you!"
Tips
Don't send too many reminders (2-3 max)
Space them out appropriately
Make the RSVP link prominent
Consider personal follow-up for close family
After deadline, switch to phone/text for stragglers
