How do I create a wedding day timeline?

Plan your wedding day schedule with times for each activity from getting ready to the last dance.

Plan requirement: Pro plan

Short answer: Go to Planner > Timeline to create a minute-by-minute schedule of your wedding day.

Creating your timeline

  1. Go to Planner in your dashboard

  2. Click Timeline or Day-of Timeline

  3. Click Add item

  4. Enter the time and activity

  5. Add details or notes

  6. Repeat for each part of your day

Typical timeline items

Getting ready:
- Hair and makeup starts
- Photographer arrives
- Getting dressed
- First look (if doing one)

Ceremony:
- Guest arrival
- Processional begins
- Ceremony start
- Ceremony ends
- Receiving line/cocktail transition

Reception:
- Cocktail hour
