How do I store vendor contacts?

Keep all your vendor contact information in one organized place.

Plan requirement: Pro plan

Short answer: Add vendors in Planner > Vendors with their phone, email, and other contact details for easy reference.

Adding vendor contacts

  1. Go to Planner > Vendors

  2. Click Add vendor

  3. Enter contact information:

    • Business name

    • Contact person's name

    • Phone number

    • Email address

    • Website

    • Address (if relevant)

  4. Click Save

Information to store

For each vendor, capture:

Contact info:
- Primary phone
- Email address
- Secondary contact if applicable

Business details:
- Company name
- Contact person's name
- Website URL
- Address

Notes:
- Best time to reach them
- Preferred contact method
- Account number or booking ID

Organizing vendors

Keep vendors organized by:
- Category (photographer, florist, etc.)
- Status (booked, considering, contacted)
- Importance (primary vendors vs optional)

Quick access

When you need to contact a vendor:
1. Go to Planner > Vendors
2. Find the vendor
3. Click to see their info
4. Call or email directly

Tips

  • Add vendors as soon as you contact them

  • Keep info up to date

  • Include both business and direct contacts

  • Note preferred contact methods

  • Store important dates (consultation, deadline)
