Ready to create your digital invitations? Let's do this!

Head on over to "Stationery" from your dashboard and go to "Invitation".

From there, you'll be able to see what your digital invitation looks like. You'll notice that your names and wedding date have already been added for you (if you've added this information when signing up).

If you want to change any of this information, click on the "Edit stationery" button, which will give you panel to update any of this information.

You can change your host line, names, request line, the date/time of the wedding, location, and the reception line at the bottom by clicking on any of the "Edit" links. By doing so, you'll be taken to your "Basic details" page where you can make the necessary changes.

Note: Your Basic details are reflected across your account, so make sure these details are up-to-date!

When you're ready to send your stationery, click on the "Start sending" button at the top and you'll be taken to another screen to select the recipients (guests) and write a message that will go along with a link to your paperless invitation.

Upload your own custom design

If you've created your own invitation or Save the Date ecard, you also have the option to replace the existing one by going to Ecards > Save the Date and/or Invitation > Customize > and use the "Upload custom stationery image" button!

Ecards are displayed at 600 pixels wide, so we recommend designing at 1200 pixels wide to make sure it looks sharp on retina devices. The default size for ecards are:

  • 600 x 600 pixels for save the dates (1200 x 1200 pixel image recommended)

  • 600 x 900 pixels for invitations (1200 x 1800 pixel image recommended)

Upload photo as a background with text overlayed

You can upload your own image or photo into the existing ecard by going into Customize > click on the "Upload custom stationery image" button, and then once it has been uploaded, click the "Use as background" option.

Alternatively, if you have designed your own ecard, you can upload your own Save the Date and/or Invitation to replace the existing one entirely by using the same feature, but without using it as a background image.

By doing it this way, the existing text (your names, wedding date, etc) will not be displayed on top of the card.

Can I have multiple ecards?

Please note that you can only have 1 Save-the-Date and 1 Invitation ecard that can be uploaded through the Stationery section. If you do have multiple events that you want to send ecards for, we recommend sending them as an email through the platform and uploading them as an image by following these instructions.
