Plans, upgrades, and hosting extensions can all be refunded in full within 14 days of the purchase date. You don't need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Go to wedsites.com/refunds.
Enter the email address of the wedding's account owner.
Click the secure link we email you (it expires after 30 minutes).
Select the purchase you'd like refunded and confirm.
Your refund goes back to your original payment method straight away. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
What happens after 14 days?
The guarantee ends 14 days after your purchase. After that, the terms of service don't entitle you to a refund unless WedSites materially fails to deliver the services it promised, or a refund is required by law.
