How do I see my guest count?
Track how many guests you've invited and how many are attending with the guest count statistics.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: The Guests & RSVPs section of your Home dashboard shows your invited guest total and how many are confirmed, waiting, or declined. The status tabs above your guest list on the Guests page show the same counts.
Understanding guest counts
Every guest has one of four RSVP statuses:
- Not invited - On your list but not invited yet
- Unconfirmed - Invited, but hasn't responded yet
- Confirmed - RSVPed yes
- Declined - RSVPed no
Guests marked Not invited are left out of the dashboard totals.
Where to find counts
Home dashboard (Guests & RSVPs):
- Guests - Your invited guest total, split into Adults, Children, and Infants
- Households - Your household total, split into Families, Couples, and Singles
- RSVPs - Your invited guest total, split into Confirmed, Waiting, and Declined
Guests page:
- The tabs above your guest list show counts for All, Confirmed, Declined, Unconfirmed, Not invited, and Has +1 (a status tab only appears when it has at least one guest)
- The counts follow any filters you apply
RSVP > Summary:
- Your RSVP totals, plus confirmed and declined counts for each event
Counting by event
If you have multiple events:
1. Go to RSVP > Summary to see confirmed and declined counts for every event
2. Or go to RSVP > Events and open an event to see its Confirmed and Declined counts
3. Some guests may attend certain events but not others
Understanding +1s and children
When a guest adds a +1 during RSVP, the +1 is added to your guest list as a confirmed guest and counted like anyone else
+1s that guests are allowed but haven't added yet show as a separate "+N" next to the total on the dashboard's Guests card
Children and infants are counted separately from adults on the Guests card, based on each guest's Age
