Downloading responses as CSV

Learn how to export all RSVP responses including guest details, dietary requirements, event attendance, and custom question answers as a CSV file for vendors or backup (Standard or Pro plan).

Export your RSVP responses as a CSV file to share with vendors, open in Excel, or keep as a backup.

Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan

How to download

  1. Go to RSVP > Responses

  2. Click Download to export as CSV

What's in the export

The CSV includes:

  • First name, Last name

  • RSVP status

  • Response date

  • Email, Phone

  • Dietary requirements

  • Household, Address, Country

  • Message (if message field was enabled)

  • Checked in status

  • Details updated date

  • Event attendance columns (for each event)

  • Question response columns (for each custom question)

Tips

Share with your caterer. Export responses with dietary info and share it as a spreadsheet.

Use it as a backup. Download your responses periodically to have an offline copy.

Filter first. If you only need confirmed guests, filter by status first, then download.
