How do I view guest contact information?
Access email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses for your guests.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Click on any guest in your guest list to view all their contact details and other information.
Viewing guest details
Go to Guests in your dashboard
Find the guest in your list
Click on their name or the edit icon
View their full profile with all contact information
Available contact fields
Guest profiles can include:
- Email address - for digital invitations and communications
- Phone number - for texts or calls
- Mailing address - for printed invitations and thank-you cards
- Notes - any personal notes you've added
Viewing household information
For guests in households:
- The household may have a shared mailing address
- Individual guests may have their own email addresses
- Click on the household to see all members
Exporting contact information
To get all contacts in a spreadsheet:
1. Go to Guests
2. Click Export or Download
3. Download the CSV file
4. Open the file to see all contact details
