How do I filter and search guests?
Find specific guests quickly by searching names or filtering by group, status, or other criteria.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Use the search bar to find guests by name, or use filters to narrow down your list by various criteria.
Searching for guests
Go to Guests in your dashboard
Find the search bar at the top
Type a name (first or last)
Results appear as you type
Filtering your guest list
Go to Guests
Click Filter guests in the actions bar
Select the filters you want to apply
Click Apply filters
Available filter options:
By RSVP status:
- Confirmed
- Regretfully declined
- Unconfirmed
- Not invited
By group:
- Family, Friends, Coworkers, etc.
- Any custom groups you've created
By side:
- Bride's side
- Groom's side
Other filters:
- Has email / missing email
- Has plus-one
- Age category (adult, child)
- By event (if you have multiple events)
Combining filters
You can apply multiple filters at once:
- "Bride's family" + "Unconfirmed" = Bride's family who haven't RSVPed
- "Confirmed" + "Adults" = Adult guests who are coming
Clearing filters
Click the filter again to remove it
Look for a "Clear filters" option
Or click "All guests" to reset the view

Use filters to send targeted reminder emails
Filter by "no email" to see who needs contact info
Export filtered lists to work with subsets of guests
Search works for partial name matches
