How do I track who has responded?
See which guests have RSVPed and who still needs to respond.
Plan requirement: Standard or Pro plan
Short answer: Filter your guest list by RSVP status to see who has responded, who's attending, who declined, and who hasn't replied.
Viewing RSVP status
Go to Guests in your dashboard
Use the filter options to view by status:
Confirmed - Guests who said yes
Regretfully declined - Guests who declined
Unconfirmed - Guests who haven't replied yet
Not invited - Guests you haven't sent invitations to
Quick status overview
Your dashboard shows a summary:
- Total guests
- Confirmed attending
- Regretfully declined
- Awaiting response
Finding non-responders
To see who hasn't replied:
1. Go to Guests
2. Filter by "Unconfirmed"
3. This list shows everyone who needs a reminder
Sending reminders
Once you've identified non-responders:
1. You can send a reminder email
2. Select the guests or use the filtered list
3. Send a friendly reminder about the RSVP deadline
Tips
Check responses regularly as your deadline approaches
Some guests respond by event (yes to ceremony, no to reception)
Export the "Unconfirmed" list to follow up personally
Update guest status manually if someone responds by phone or text
