What you can edit
Name - The event title (like "Ceremony", "Reception", etc.). Required.
Date - The date of the event.
Time - Start time.
Venue - Where the event takes place.
Address - The venue's address.
Description - Additional info for guests about this event. Use this for details like dress code, parking instructions, or what to expect.
Managing event guests
Switch to the Guests tab to see who's invited and their RSVP status for this event. The table shows:
Guest name
RSVP status (Confirmed, Unconfirmed, Declined)
For private events, you can add or remove guests from this tab.
Making an event required
If an event is a core part of your wedding (like the ceremony), you can make it required so guests must respond to it when RSVPing.
Controlling who sees the event
Two settings on the RSVP tab control who sees this event:
Include in main RSVP - When this is on, the event appears on the main RSVP form alongside the other events. Turn it off to hide the event from the main form — you can still share the event's own link (see below).
Display this event to - Filters which guests see this event based on their main wedding response. Choose Event guests attending our wedding (default), Event guests not attending our wedding, or All event guests. See Displaying events by RSVP status for more.
Event-specific RSVP link
Each event has its own direct RSVP link and QR code. Guests who open the link go straight to that event's RSVP form without being asked about the main wedding. This is useful for optional extras like a welcome dinner or brunch.
On the RSVP tab of the event editor, you'll find:
Include general questions - When on, questions that aren't tied to a specific event will also appear on this event's form. Off by default so the form stays focused on this event only.
Collect guest details - When on, guests are asked for email, phone, address, dietary needs, and an optional message during the event-specific RSVP. Off by default.
Event RSVP link - A unique URL you can copy and share. Each event has its own random token so links can't be guessed.
QR code - A scannable code that opens the event's RSVP form directly. Download it to print on day-of signage or inserts.
See Sharing an event-specific RSVP link for details on how the event-specific form differs from the main RSVP.
Tips
Keep details up to date. If anything changes (venue, time, etc.), update it here so your RSVP form always shows current info.
Use the description wisely. Things like "Cocktail attire requested" or "Street parking available on Oak Street" help guests prepare.
